Honest handling of customer goods
Safe, patient and lawful driving
Respectful conduct at every location
Clear communication and proof of delivery

Customer property is protected

Drivers and riders must never take, use, conceal, substitute or keep any customer item, payment, document or parcel.

Drive carefully

Speeding, dangerous overtaking, phone use while driving and carrying unsafe loads are not acceptable on Carry jobs.

Good character matters

Courtesy, patience, honesty and respect are as important as having the correct vehicle, licence and delivery equipment.

A company people can trust

Carry aims to support fair work, reliable service, transparent pricing and safer local deliveries across Harare.

Delivery essentials

Make sure pickup and drop-off details are accurate, goods are ready for collection and someone is available at both locations. Delays, additional stops or incorrect information may affect the final price.

Customers

Booking and delivery

Enter the pickup location, delivery location, item details and contact information. Carry will display available delivery options and connect the job with a suitable driver where available.

Carry can help with parcels, shop orders, groceries, furniture, hardware, marketplace collections and general local deliveries. Large, fragile or heavy goods must be described clearly.

Pricing may depend on distance, vehicle type, urgency, stops, item size, waiting time, stairs, loading difficulty and special handling. The final price may change when the real job differs from the information supplied.

Where tracking is enabled, customers can follow progress from collection to delivery. Status updates may also be available from the customer dashboard.

Where supported, proof of delivery may include a photograph, signature, timestamp, location or delivery note confirming completion.
Drivers and riders

Who Carry wants on the road

Register through the driver signup page and provide your identity, contact, vehicle and verification information. Approval may depend on successful checks and the quality of the information provided.

A good Carry driver or rider is honest, punctual, calm, polite and careful. They communicate when delayed, follow delivery instructions, protect goods, obtain proof of delivery and treat every customer and merchant respectfully.

Drivers and riders must obey road rules, avoid speeding, keep a safe distance, secure all loads, avoid phone use while moving and never drive while impaired, exhausted or in an unsafe vehicle. Delivery speed never justifies dangerous driving.

Theft, attempted theft, deliberate substitution, withholding goods, falsifying proof of delivery or keeping customer payments is strictly prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or removed, affected parties may be notified and serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Businesses

Shops, sellers and partners

Yes. Sellers can arrange collection from one location and delivery to a buyer elsewhere in Harare, subject to the item being lawful, safe and accurately described.

Safety and conduct

Protecting people and goods

Drivers must not carry illegal goods, explosives, firearms, controlled drugs, hazardous chemicals, unsafe loads, stolen goods, cash, precious metals or live animals unless specifically permitted and agreed in advance.

Report the incident through the available Carry support channel and include the booking reference, time, location and any supporting photographs, messages or proof. In an emergency or suspected crime, contact the appropriate local authority first.

Cancellation charges depend on booking status. When no driver has accepted, a full refund may be available. Once a driver has accepted, travelled or arrived, deductions may apply to cover time and reasonable costs.
